The general meeting of the Pottstown Historical Society will be held on November 17,2025, at 7pm at our building at 568 High Street. The presentation will be by Robert Lusch on the origins and history behind the Pennsylvania Dutch language. We would like to see people at our meeting that can speak some of this dialect. Everyone is welcome to join us on Monday evening on the 17th to learn about this language which developed from our early German settlers. Members are free, non-members pay $5.00 or may consider joining.
